Do you have financial freedom? Can you live the life you want? Are you able to make the career choices you would want to? Is it possible to spend more time with your family enjoying the things you would like to do? These are the sorts of questions that lifestyle financial planning will help to answer.
Lifestyle Financial Planning is not about trying to sell people financial products and all too often financial advisors jump straight to the third step.
We believe the most important steps are 1 and 2.
1. Lifestyle Planning
This is all about listening to you to understand what’s most important to you in life, and why it’s important.
We are here to inspire ideas and to help you to identify lifestyle objectives that you may not have thought about or believed to be possible.
2. Financial Planning
In step 2 we work through a detailed picture of your current financial circumstances, income, expenditure, assets, liabilities and what future financial milestones may occur.
That information is then used in our innovative lifetime cash flow modelling tool Malabar AI™ to build a picture of what is needed for you to achieve and maintain your desired lifestyle, without the fear of running out of money, whatever happens.
3. Financial / Investment Advice
We only get to step 3 once we have acknowledged a need for a solution.
Often we find clients already have financial products that are fit for purpose but need more appropriate management to achieve their potential.
When we need to find a new solution our fee based approach can reassure you that we only act with your best interests in mind to find the most appropriate solution for your goals.
A great financial plan is built to adapt to these changes and this is why an ongoing review is vital to hopefully remain one step ahead at all times.
We do not agree with a “Set and Forget approach” and at Pyrmont Wealth Management we believe in a detailed ongoing review process.
Using our Malabar AI™ software and our Wealthcraft ™ portal you will always be able to see how your investments are performing and more importantly how close you are to achieving your goals.
Your financial planner will work with you using these tools and will be able to make any changes needed to ensure the greatest chances of Lifestyle Planning success.
